We have started to review the various parts of the MPMC Technical Assessment Report. So far we have covered Appendix G and E, as they appear to be the most valuable.
The final part of Appendix G contains the Options Matrix on the very last page. We have taken the liberty of highlighting parts of the matrix that cause the most concern. Let us have your thoughts too.
