Mining Watch Legal Action now OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

There’s been an unexpected turn of event this afternoon coming from the federal Crown’s office regarding MiningWatch’s charges against B.C. government & Mount Polley Mine Corporation for violations of the Canadian Fisheries Act.

The Court process scheduled on Friday Jan. 13 morning is now PUBLIC – any citizens, groups, community members, and First Nations can now attend. This was not the case until now.
